ENROLLMENT CERTIFICATION

Enrollment certifications are provided as a free service to VU students. These certifications are useful documentation for student loan deferments and coverage on health and automobile insurance.

Enrollment certifications may be requested in person during regular office
hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (CST) Monday through Friday. They may
also be requested by mail or fax with the following information:

Full name by which you are registered at VU
Undergraduate / Graduate / Law?
VU identification number
Daytime fax / telephone number
All data needed by outside agency form (parent's name, etc.)
Full address where enrollment certification should be sent
Your signature

NOTE: Federal Law (FERPA) prohibits the release of academic information without your written signature. Computer generated signatures are NOT a substitute for your required written signature.
