Need a Refund?

If you lost money or Crusader Cash in a laundry machine, you need to come to the Office of Residential Life, 121 Kretzmann Hall to receive a cash refund.

Crusader Cash

Tired of needing cash to do your laundry? Now you can swipe your ID card instead. Just deposit funds into your Crusader Cash account and you're ready to go. There are 2 ways to deposit funds:

· Take cash or a check to the cashier at Kretzmann Hall and ask to have it applied to "Crusader Cash".

· Go to the web payment system through DataVU and charge a credit card or use a bank account (your parents can do this for you too if you give them your student ID number). Be sure to apply your payment to "Crusader Cash". Allow 48-72 hours for the funds to be available. *Note: There is a minimal service charge for making credit card payments

You can also use Crusader Cash for the lower level vending machines at the Christopher Center. Other applications will be added soon including copier services at the Christopher Center and other vending machines on campus.

Crusader Cash is separate from your Dining Dollars, and you must set up the separate account.

Aside from the convenience of using your ID instead of carrying cash,  you also can save money. The cost to do a load of wash is 25 cents cheaper when you use Crusader Cash, as opposed to coins, so make your life easier and save money!!! Sign up today!

Note:
Crusader Cash will carry over from year to year, so there is no danger of losing money at the end of a semester.

If you have questions about Crusader Cash send an email to: Sharon.Kenning@valpo.edu

LaundryView Is Awesome!!

LaundryView let's you check washer and dryer availability for your residence hall laundry room over the internet for Alumni, Brandt, Lankenau, Guild/Memorial and Scheele Halls. The first time you visit the Web site you will fill out your private and protected student profile. Then you can set up notification systems to alert you by email when a machine is available, or when a machine you are using has finished its cycle. You may also use the LaundryView system to report a problem with a particular machine. Another great feature allows you to see a history of use for your residence hall laundry room so you can plan to avoid busy usage times during the week.
