Our 2012 AMS/NWA Conference will be held March 31st, 2012 at Strongbows Inn. To attend the conference you must register using the form below. After submitting the form, you have several payment options. The first option is to pay online via PayPal (which allows credit card and e-check purchases). The cost for early registration, regardless of payment method, is $50. Early registration ends March 1st, 2012. A late registration penalty of $15 will then apply. All registrations must be completed by Wednesday, March 21, 2012, and money must be received by Wednesday, March 28, 2012.

Note to first time attendees: Thank you for your interest in our conference! Since this is your first experience with our conference, we will refund $5 back to your account following the conference date!
