- SHADOWING
A list of doctors and dentists, who are happy to have you shadow, is available through pre-med club. In order to receive this list one must:
- Be a sophomore
- Be in good standing
- Have a GPA of
- Watch the 'Shadowing Ethics' Video (contact VP shadowing)
- Signed approval by advisor
Shadowing Opportunities at Porter County Hospital
Students who meet specified requirements are allowed to shadow physicians in Porter Memorial Hospital. This program allows students to observe physicians in the work setting. Various areas include the following: obstetrics, urology, surgery, orthopedics, oncology, ophthalmology, emergency room, and pathology. The following links are available to get you started:
