SBA Meetings
The SBA Administrative Board meets Sundays at 6:00 p.m. SBA meetings are open to the student body. Please see the Bulletin Board if you have an issue that you would like SBA to address.
Lockers
Students are assigned lockers for storage and occasionally to receive information from Administration; however, Administration is no longer putting flyers and other general info in student lockers.
Wesemann Weekly
This online newsletter is now the main source of info from Administration. A link is sent to student email addresses every Friday, and you can also access it from the Atrium. The deadline for submissions is usually Thursdays at 4 p.m., but may vary.
Listserv Emails
Please do not set your inbox to automatically delete emails from the VUSL listserv addresses - you may miss important information. Student orgs, please plan not to use the listserv for last-minute announcements.
LCD Screens
The LCD will display event info and notices each day as a slideshow. If your group would like to promote an event on the LCD, send your completed powerpoint slides to Melissa Mundt.
Signs and notices
Posting signs, flyers or notices on any glass surface, including on the front and back doors to the building, is prohibited. Posting is also prohibited on the doors to the library and on the SBA bulletin board.
Mail
Each student organization has a maibox in the SBA office; officers should check these boxes regularly. Students should not have their personal mail sent to the school. All newsletters, magazine subscriptions and the like that are sent to individual students will be immediately discarded without notification.
There is a post office at the rear of Heritage Hall (Law Clinic Building). The office takes cash only. VUSL's post couriers typically make a mail run around 4:30 p.m.
Faxing
A student fax machine is located in the SBA Office . The fax number is (219) 465-7924. Faxing
is at your own risk - SBA does not keep track of faxes or fax reports. During holidays, vacation
and summer months, when the SBA Office is closed, students are asked to
make other arrangements for sending fax messages.
Lost & Found
A lost and found box is located in the Law Library at the Circulation Desk. The campus lost and found is located at the University Police office (corner of Union and University Park).
Notary Public Services
Free notary services are available in the Registrar's Office (Rm. 215), Career Planning Center (Rm. 125), Dean's Office (Rm. 206), and Financial Administrator's Office (Rm. 209).
SBA Suggestion Box - Submit your suggestions here, or on the door to the SBA office.
