MEETING

Remember to keep filling out your index card.

Initiation is Tuesday, March 26 at 7:30. Please try to attend even if you are not participating in the ceremony.

For the service project, the schools have been contacted, and we are waiting to hear back from them. All of the societies have agreed to hold a session. The food was ordered this week. We are still looking for a speaker.

FE review sessions began this week. They are all one hour sessions held in room 131. Please check the posters for topics and dates.

The chapter bylaws were handed out to new initiates. If you have not received a copy, please see Brent.

There is a campus wide leadership conference being held Sunday, March 24. Julie will email more information.

The TBP conference will be held April 6 at Rose-Hulman. We will leave Friday night. Please contact Brent immediately if you are interested in attending.

The next meeting will be Monday, April 1. We will be holding elections at that time. If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else, Brent will take nominations now through the day of the meeting. If you are currently on co-op and would like to run for an office, please email Brent.

MONDAY 25 FEBRUARY 2002

MEETING

Thank you to all those who helped out with TED especially Julie.

Please remember to keep filling out your index cards. Please include if you attended TED.

Spring initiation will be on Tuesday, March 26 at 7:30. Lofgren, Julie, Lisa, Elizabeth, and Paul McGovern have all agreed to help out. We still need one more person to help at the ceremony. All members should try to attend.

FE Review sessions are currently being scheduled. All of the professors have been contacted. The first one is tentatively scheduled for the first Tuesday after break. Look for future emails that will contain more information.

We decided to serve box lunches to the students for the service project. I am still currently looking for speakers if you have any suggestions. I will also be attending DSAC this week to get confirmation from all of the organizations on their participation.

We realized that new members never received a copy of the chapter's bylaws. Those will be distributed shortly. Just a quick reminder of the attendance policy: if a member has three consecutive unexcused absences, s/he will receive a formal written warning and will meet with the advisors.

Office elections will be held April 1. If you are currently on co-op and would like to run for a position, email myself or Brent and we will put your name on the ballot.

Next meeting: March 18 (the first day back from break)

MONDAY 11 FEBRUARY 2002

Please remember to keep filling out your index cards. If you have sold tickets or helped out for TED, please include that time.

Brent has some Bulletins that are sent out to members. Members who were intitated last semester probably didn't receive that issue. If you would like one, please see Brent.

There are several scholarships available for juniors who will be here next year. One is through Student Senate that is available to active members in Senate recognized organizations. The other is through TBP. Brent has applications for both.

Julie confirms that everything is under control for TED. There was a slight menu change. Please keep promoting the event as ticket sales end Thursday. If anyone has ideas for door pizes, see Julie. We also need four to five volunteers to help out the night of TED. You would need to arrive at the Great Hall at 5:30. If you can help out, please email Brent.

We have a tentative schedule for FE Review sessions. Professors will be contacted this week.

The regional conference for TBP is April 6. We are allowed to send eight members. Newly elected officers usually attend. Please keep the date free if you plan to run for an exec. board position.

We will be taking a collection for the World Relief Fund. There will be a jar at the door of the TED Banquet.

The Service project will be on April 13. Please volunteer to help with your society's activities.

Next meeting Feb. 25.
