What is Union Board?
Well, look no further than Union Board! UB is the Chicago bus
trip leading, laughter inducing, Homecoming orchestrating, leadership
inspiring, coffeehouse hosting, festival conducting, movie projecting,
mini course instructing, lecture series sponsoring, outdoor recreation
guiding, concert coordinating, Midnight Brunch managing, inexhaustible
and irrepressible source of a good time on the Valparaiso University
campus!
Get Involved!
So don't waste your time doing laundry or eating balanced meals!
Come together with some of VU's best and brightest to program
activities that will make everyone's stay here a heck of a lot
more fun! Devote a little time and gain useful experience in fields
as diverse as light and sound production to Ukrainian Easter Egg
decorating, press release writing to Disco Ball hanging! It's
a great way to meet people, learn leadership skills, and recommended
by four out of five dentists for their patients who attend VU!
The Valparaiso Union
The Valparaiso Union is a definite part of Union Board. Without
its facilities, staff and resources Union Board couldn't be all
that it is today. In fact, the VU Union is the heart of campus,
just as Union Board is the heart of campus activities. The Union's
new theme is Explore-Develop-Interact. The union thrives on campus
involvement. Built in 1955, the recently renovated Union houses
meeting rooms, lounges, a computer lab, dining facilities, student
offices, games area and more.
