Treasurer
  • Current Balance: $1032.47
  • Dues due by 3rd meeting, so next meeting.
  • Dues are $15.00
  • Checks made out to Meteorology Club.
Secretary
  • Banquet is Dec. 5th at Casa Del Roma
  • Vote on Entrees: Beef Tips w/ Noodles and Chicken Parmigiana w/ Mastaccioli
  • Vote on Potatoes: Parsley & Butter New Red Potato
  • Vote on Vegetables: Buttered Corn
  • Vote on Dessert: Double Chocolate Layer Cake
  • Tickets will go on sale on Oct. 26th.
    • $15 for members and $20 for non-members (those who don’t pay dues) or guests.
    • I will send out an e-mail after fall break.
  • Start thinking about skit ideas freshman/sophomores, junior/seniors.
    • Thomas Patrick will be heading up the freshman/sophomore skits.
    • Jen Schuller will be heading up the junior/senior skit.
Deputy Director
  • Documentation for the instruments: need to write manuals and take pictures to make it easier for freshman and sophomores to get involved.
  • Formally writing up how to wire up vehicles for chases.
  • Storm Ready
    • Hazardous Weather Plans are ready to be signed by the police chief.
    • Weather Service has to come around and verify.
    • Thanks to everyone who helped check the NOAA Weather Radios.
Director
  • To submit photos to update our website email them to Aaron Brackett at ValpoVusit@gmail.com.
  • We will be testing and mounting the RM Young Anemometer on the Pilot.
  • Chase records: need to go back through all chase logs and pull out records, stats, and cool things to put on the website.
    • There will be a committee formed for this so keep an eye out for Aaron Brackett's email.
