November 17^th, 2010 VUSIT Meeting Minutes

Treasurer:                   

• Balance: $1102.70 with a big deposit coming soon.
• Dues are $15 and are due by this meeting to Jacob Cobb—be sure to make checks out to Meteorology Club.
• You must pay your dues in order to chase.
• As of today we have 37 members!

Secretary:

• VUSIT Banquet is December 3^rd, 2010 at 7 pm.
• Tickets will be available until 5 pm on Friday for $15.
• Menu: Grilled Chicken with Honey Mustard, Chicken Parmigiana with Mostaccioli, Salad, Whip Potato with Gravy, Buttered Corn, Double Chocolate Layer Cake.
• Sign the Driver From PLEASE.
• Need a Freshman/Sophomore to take charge of the skit for the Banquet.

Deputy Direction:

• Working on a contact list for someone in every building with a weather radio.

Director:

• DUES ARE DUE TODAY, will not chase if you have not paid.
• Still waiting to hear back from Senate for the money for new CBs.
• VUSIT orientation will be sometime in February.
