Students who have fall account balances are not allowed to register for spring classes during their assigned registration period. Students who have spring account balances are not allowed to register for fall classes during their assigned registration period. All student account balances, including Valparaiso University Police Department fines, health center charges, library fines, etc, must be paid in full by the end of the academic year in order to receive grades, diplomas, and transcripts. Students are encouraged to contact the Office of Student Accounts to discuss any special circumstances surrounding an outstanding account balance. Payment plan arrangements are available to students/parents who are in need of this service.
