STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT
Student Accounts

The first Preliminary Account Statement for the academic year will be mailed to the student's home address by the end of July. This statement will consist of the student's fall class schedule, semester charges and financial aid credits, and a payment remittance coupon. However, it will not include credits for outside scholarships. Subsequent fall statements will be mailed the beginning of each month starting in October. The spring semester Preliminary Account Statement will be mailed in December and with subsequent spring statements mailed the beginning of each month starting in February. These subsequent monthly statements will include any prior balance from a previous statement plus any new student account transactions as the result of payments, financial aid, or other charges.
