The first Preliminary Account Statement for the academic year will be sent via e-mail to the student's University e-mail address by mid-July. This statement will consist of the student's fall class schedule, semester charges and financial aid credit. However, it will not include credits for outside scholarships. Subsequent fall statement notices will be e-mailed the beginning of each month starting in October. The spring semester Preliminary Account Statement will be available in December and with subsequent spring statement notices e-mailed the beginning of each month starting in February. These subsequent monthly statements will include any prior balance from a previous statement plus any new student account transactions as the result of payments, financial aid, or other charges.
