Valpo’s 19 Division I teams provide plenty of excitement for campus sports lovers. At Valpo, athletes are students first. Reflecting the University’s commitment to the success of the student-athlete, Valpo offers weekly study halls and provides student-athletes with a wide range of support services.

Intramural Sports

Informal Sports, Fitness and Wellness
Do your own thing on your own time! Students can play racquetball, shoot baskets, play volleyball, run the track, and more at Valpo’s Athletics-Recreation Center. The Fitness Center offers ample space and equipment for weight training and cardiovascular workouts.
