Student Mail Services has the right to request proof of permission from a faculty advisor or Student Affairs to distribute any material into residential student mail units.
Departments or organizations sending bulk campus mail to a specific group of students must complete the Report Request (Queries) from the Registrar's website and allow 4 business days for processing.
Departments or organizations sending bulk campus mail to ALL students, must leave a contact name and extension with Student Mail Services and allow 2 business days for distribution.
Departments or organizations sending bulk campus mail to a department outside of the Union will be sent through the campus mail system.
