Student Organizaion Re-Recognition

All student organizations recognized by the Student Senate must be re-recognized in the spring semester so they can continue to be a recognized organization in the next academic year. Below are 4 steps that each organization needs to complete to gain continued regognition. Any questions or concerns can be emailed to

To make communication easier and to make sure all organizations have the chance to go through this process, all organizations are able to schedule their required recognition meeting online. The schedule can be accessed by clicking here. Please put your name and your organization’s name in the name box provided. This step must be completed by Thursday, January 20, 2011. The time slots are first come first serve so please schedule your time as soon as possible for the most options. Once you select a time and submit the form you will not be able select another unless you notify to reschedule.  If you cannot find a time to meet with us, please send an alternate member from your executive board.


All Organizations are required to complete a Re-Recognition form before their scheduled meeting. This form can be completed by clicking here.  


All organizations must email a copy of their constitution to before their scheduled meeting.


The Organization Advisor must send an email to verifying they will continue to serve in this capacity through the 2011-2012 year before the scheduled meeting.
