Budget Submission Info
  • The Student Senate Finance Committee is available to help organizations with any questions or concerns about the budgeting process. Each student organization will have one Finance Committee Representative that will be available to assist them with any part of the process. The list of representatives can be found here.
  • Organizations must use the 2010-2011 Budget Template (Microsoft Excel Format) to complete their budget
  • Recognized Organizations will submit budgets for the Fall 2010 Semester.
  • Allocated, Budgeted, and Media Organizations will submit budgets for the 2010-2011 Academic Year.
  • The Finance Committee will present the budgets to Student Senate on November 9, 2009
  • Student Senate will ammend and vote on the budgets on November 16, 2009
