How to apply:

  1. Consult with your academic advisor regarding the program of your choice and discuss how the course-work will fit into your graduation plans.  Request your advisor to sign the ‘Academic Advisor Form.’
  2. Submit the application, personal statement and supporting documents to the Office of International Programs.
  3. Upon submission, you will be asked to sign up for a 30-minute interview to discuss your application with the Director of Study Abroad Programs.

 Submit the following to the Office of International Programs:

 

  •          Recent Photo, stapled to application,
  •          Application Form,
  •          Unofficial Transcript (print out from DataVU),
  •          Academic Advisor Form, and
  •          Personal Statement.

 

General Deadlines:

Application deadlines are generally* October 1 (spring term) and February 15 (fall term).  Early application is encouraged to ensure a place in the program of your choice by November 1 (for next fall term) and by April 1 (for next spring term).  Applications are accepted on a rolling admissions basis, so plan ahead with your academic adviser and apply early.  *Some programs may have a different deadline.  Please refer to the program factsheet or confirm with the Office of International Programs.
