Students who intend to complete the Fundamentals of Business Minor are strongly encouraged to consult with the office of the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences to obtain proper advising.

The 15-18 credits earned in the courses offered by the College of Business Administration may be applied toward the 124 credits required for graduation with a Bachelor's degree in the College of Arts and Sciences (see p. 52 of the General Catalog).

Upon completion of the minor, the designation, "Fundamentals of Business Minor," is place on the student's transcript.

  • Students must have completed at least 48 credit hours, including ECON 221, and demonstrating MATH 110 proficiency.
  • Will need to take 9 credits each summer session; which is technically an "overload."
  • Will be paying the regular Summer Session tuition.
  • Will need to have a current GPA of at least a 2.0.
