James Effner is the owner and chief executive officer of a 110-person financial services operation where he oversees sales and service operations. He is a member of the Easter Seals Board of Directors and has served as a board member for the Chicagoland Lutheran Educational Foundation. Effner earned his B.S. degree from Valparaiso University in 1989 and participated in its Cambridge Overseas Program.
