T.O.P. regularly presents panel discussions about theatre's use in addressing social issues in educational settings. Post-performance discussions, as well as separate seminars or workshops are available.
Past panels have included:
January, 2008: MLK Day "Celebration of Service," poster display of theatre service projects at Valparaiso University.
April, 2004: Students Against Destructive Decisions, W. Lafayette, IN. The presentation included student written and directed interactive scenarios on peer pressure and drunk driving at state conference of high school SADD chapters.
September, 2003: "Interactive and Peer Theatre in Prevention" at the "I CAN, You Can, We Can -- Together it is POSSIBLE!" Second Annual Collegiate ATOD Prevention Conference in Bloomington, IN. The presentation included short interactive scenes exhibiting how theatre techniques can be used in prevention initiatives and training.
February, 2002: "Peer Theatre in Action" at the Indiana Campus Sexual Assault Prevention Project Annual Symposium. The presentation included short interactive scenes exhibiting how theatre techniques can be used in prevention initiatives and training.
