An office key will be available for checkout at the Union InfoDesk. Organizations must supply the InfoDesk with a key list by completing this online form. Key lists will only be accepted from the President or Vice President of the organization. Only emails from the President and Vice-President's campus email address will be honored. For security and verification reasons, emails from other email addresses (yahoo, Hotmail, AOL, etc.) will be not be honored.
The key list should be only those members that you want to have access to your office key.
The list needs to be listed in alphabetical order by last name.
Each time a new member needs to be added to your organization's list, a new alphabetical list needs to be resubmitted. Lists submitted by anyone other than the President or Vice-President, or those lists not in alphabetical order, will be returned.
Please allow up to two business days for updates to be posted.
There will be no access to offices after the Union has closed. If anyone is in an office after the Union is closing, the Building Manager on duty will return that person's ID and take the key back. The person staying will be allowed to stay, provided he/she calls VUPD when they are leaving.
Per the Union Advisory Board, key Officers for Student Senate and Union Board will be eligible for their own set of keys to their respective office. Please see the Assistant Director for more information regarding this policy.
