Make a difference in the Valpo Community by volunteering!
Join us for our Annual VU Day of Caring: Saturday, September 22nd
This is a great way to show Valpo's dedication to the community as we partner with the United Way of Porter County to get involved off campus and earn some service hours! Students that sign up will be assigned to local projects doing tasks like: racking leaves, washing windows, cleaning gutters, painting, planting and more! Sign up as an individual or as a group! The entire campus community is invited to join us!
Sign up today in the Residential Life Office, located on the second floor of the Harre Union, room 250.
The VU Day of Caring will kickoff at 8am in the Athletic and Recreation Center (ARC) with a welcome and breakfast. Then, student volunteers will be dismissed to their projects. Some transportation will be provided. Student drivers are required to sign waiver. All project should conclude by 3pm unless otherwise noted prior to day of event.
