2025 Fall Faculty Workshop

Please mark your calendars for the 2025 Fall Faculty Workshop which will be held on Thursday, August 14th from 8:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. in the Harre Union Ballrooms B and C. A light breakfast will be provided starting at 8:00 a.m. Programming will begin at 8:30 a.m. A luncheon will follow the workshop. Faculty will hear from guest speaker Kit Kleinhans, VU ’80, Ph.D., reflecting on Valpo’s Lutheran Centennial and the distinct calling of a Lutheran University in the 21st century. During the second half of the workshop, faculty will discuss and provide feedback on a draft academic structure as well as participate in breakout sessions designed to gather insight from faculty on issues related to reimagining our academic structure.
