Housing and Dining Accommodations
The AARC works with both the Housing and Dining offices for our students that may need accommodations outside of the classroom.
Examples of Housing Accommodations for qualified individuals include:
- Air Conditioning
- Single room or private bathroom for documented medical need
- Allowance of extra mini-fridge for medication storage
Process for Housing Accommodations
To receive a housing accommodation, a student will need to submit the form linked below to the Housing Office, who will then submit to the AARC for evaluation and approval.

Dining
The AARC works with Dining Services to ensure that students with dietary restrictions have access to safe options while eating on campus.
Process for Dining Accommodations
Students may access the Dining Exemptions and Appeals policy and form via the Housing and Dining Link within DataVU, under the “Housing and Meal Plan Self-Service” tab and by selecting the applications menu option.
