Congratulations on your admission to Valparaiso University. We invite you to campus to explore Valpo’s campus life and academic opportunities.
This program includes an overnight visit on Sunday evening with an Overnight Student Ambassador; check-in is from 5:00-6:00 p.m. in the Harre Union. A freshman residence hall open house is available at the same time for parents of admitted students staying overnight.
Day 2 programming is for both students and their guests.
Additional appointments are not available.

Parents may attend the Residential Life Open House.

Students and Guests Day 2’s activities include:
- An introduction to your academic college
- Academic programs students attend together
- Lunch for all at Founders Table
- Academic and Campus Resources sessions for parents
- Conversation with financial aid representatives
- Options to talk with Christ College, Study Abroad, and Multicultural Programs staff
The day’s program ends around 2:00 p.m. Central Time with an optional campus tour (that may not include residence halls).
If you wish to speak with coaching staff, you should schedule the appointment on your own for after 2:00 p.m.
You must submit a medical consent form prior to your visit: www.valpo.edu/visit/overnightmedform.
For your visit, you should bring a sleeping bag, pillow, toiletries, shower shoes, homework, and extra spending money. You will also need to bring a picture ID (driver’s license, school ID, or passport) to check in to the residence hall after 7:00 p.m.
