Overnight-Shadow Days provide admitted students a residential life and class experience all in one visit.
In the evening on day one, you’ll be with an overnight student ambassador, staying in a first-year residence hall to experience the freshman living communities.
On the morning of day two, you will attend class, meetings, and/or other current student activities with your shadow host. While we cannot guarantee that you will be placed with a specific student, we will do our best to pair you with someone we feel you will be most compatible. In selecting both your overnight and shadow hosts, we consider your major, hometown, extracurricular activities, and other interests.
Your visit also includes a campus tour, information session with an admission counselor, and one professor appointment in your academic major. A sample schedule is included below. Space is limit for each event.
