A confirmation letter, including your schedule and a campus map, will be sent early-March or soon after we receive your paid registration.
To maintain the quality of the conference experience, registrations are limited and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, by mail, fax, or online. The Guild office will maintain a waiting list, should the need develop. Registrants will be notified of confirmation or wait-list status.
Cancellations received prior to March 28, 2011, will be refunded, less a $15 processing fee. After March 28, 2011, no refunds will be issued, but registration transfers will be accepted. Such transfers need to be submitted to the Valparaiso University Guild office,in writing, via mail, fax, or e-mail.
Registrations must be received by March 15, 2011, to guarantee reservation.
