All You Care to Eat:
The Founders Table dining venue gives you the flexibility to eat as much as you’d like from whichever station you’d like throughout your visit. This dining style provides you with so much more flexibility to choose what you want to eat and offers more value from your meal plan. You can build a meal from multiple stations, trying new foods as you go, and go back as often as you’d like until you’re satisfied. For those with an Open Access plan, this means you can swipe into Founders an unlimited number of times within service hours. For those with a Block plan, this means that you can swipe into Founders up to four times per day and eat as much as you’d care to during your visit.
Spoon and Fork
Spoon & Fork is the hot entrée station and offers a complete cooked from-scratch meal during lunch and dinner hours.
Clean Plate includes healthy choices with a dedicated entrée and sides station free of the FDA’s seven most common allergens: milk, eggs, shellfish, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, and wheat.
Center Market features plant-centric diet trends with fresh cut locally sourced ingredients, house-made dressings, and assorted toppings; a Mediterranean grains bar; and freshly made soups and chilis. Fresh meats, cheese, and breads will be stocked accompanied by house-made and seasoned chips for an authentic deli bar. In addition, there is a Fruit and Yogurt Bar featuring an assortment of fresh fruits — locally grown when seasonally available — accompanied by regular and Greek-style yogurts.
The Oven features brick-oven pizza and more. Starting with made-from-scratch, hand-tossed pizza dough, real cheese, and high-quality tomato products, vegetables, and specialty toppings. A special feature of The Oven will be a brand-new tandoor oven, which will be used to introduce new, global flavors with distinctive global element to the Founders menus.
Bravissimo encompasses theatre and superb food all in one. The chefs cook exhibition-style, preparing a variety of items daily, keeping you always guessing and excited about your next meal. Guests will be entertained as they watch the culinary team in action. The sizzling sounds, tantalizing aromas, and colorful appearance of the food combine to create an exciting guest experience.
V2 features vegan and vegetarian delicious dishes like wild mushroom strudel, lentil and vegetable biryani, vegetable paella, seitan gumbo and roasted asparagus, and spinach fajitas.
The 1859 Grille offers one special complete meal with side dishes, and it is not your typical grill. Each day will be different grilled entrée and side dish.
An all-day continental breakfast nook includes a wall of cereal with all of the varieties of milk you would need right next to it. Additionally, a coffee and tea station with enhancements like flavored syrups and a collection of sweeteners from honey to Splenda®.
Take 3 features an assortment of On the Go! packaged salads, sandwiches, wraps, snacks, fruit, and beverages for a quick meal on the move for a swipe.
