Secondary-education majors who seek certification with biology as their primary content area must meet the following course requirements, completing at least 32 hours of work in biology:

B.S. students in biology at Valpo must complete the general-education requirements for the B.S. This University-wide core strengthens communication and critical thinking skills while introducing students to global cultures and traditions.
