Even before the COVID-19 pandemic brought unthinkable levels of isolation, our world was increasingly lonely, socially distanced, and hurting. Depression, loneliness, suicide rates, and anxieties were on the rise. The past years of resulting exhaustion, stress, fear, and anxiety are putting society at even greater risk and vulnerable to the emotional fallout.

What can we do to help mend the hurting hearts of our world during this difficult time?

Faculty and staff are crucial to creating a culture of social connectedness on campus, both among students and each other. Through this powerful combination of surveys, assessments, presentation, and workshop, participants will unlock the key to deeper and more meaningful relationships and acquire the tools and strategies to creating a culture of care on campus.

The workshop includes lunch and a copy of the book Showing Up.
