The Counseling Center and University pastors are teaming up to present a series of programs called Living as a Sexual Being. It is Core Purpose Lab approved. Each symposium will begin with a panel of brief presentations from diverse perspectives, followed by facilitated open small group conversations.

The series began in October and the second symposium is set for Nov. 7th from 7:30 to 9 p.m. in Ballroom A of the Harre Union. It will focus on affirmative sex, consent, hook-up culture, and sexual assault. The symposium will begin with a panel of brief presentations from diverse perspectives, followed by facilitated open small group conversations. Panelists are: Geneva Brown – Law School; Aaron Hollis – Residence Life; Paula Dranger – SAAFE; and Nick Grevas – Theological.

Two spring semester programs (Feb. 6 and April 3) will address the topics of internet porn addiction, friendship, celibacy, and intimacy.
