About CITAL

 

The mission of the Valparaiso Institute for Teaching And Learning (CITAL) is to support, promote, and enhance Valparaiso University’s community of learning dedicated to excellence. The CITAL staff work in three important areas:

• Faculty Development (focusing on the faculty member as a teacher, scholar, professional, and person)
• Instructional Design (focusing on the course, the curriculum, and student learning)
• Instructional Technology (focusing on the integration of technology across teaching and learning)

CITAL staff members are dedicated to working with instructors and departments on any issues related to teaching and learning.
