Joseph Trendowski, Ph.D.

Assistant Professor of Management
Joseph Trendowski teaches management and entrepreneurship. He is the faculty advisor to professional organizations Delta Sigma Pi (Business) and Epsilon Nu Tau (Entrepreneurship), the Director of Valpo Innovates, and serves on Valparaiso University’s Honor Council. He also serves on the editorial board for The Case Journal. His research interests include financial services management, risk, and diversity and inclusion. Prior to Valparaiso, Joseph was an Assistant Professor at University of Evansville and worked in Insurance Custody at The Bank of New York. Joseph and his wife Stephanie (Valpo MBA ’16) live in Crown Point, IN with their daughter Emma, dogs Henry and Annie, and bunny Potter.
