Meichen Dong, Ph.D.
Meichen Dong is an assistant professor in marketing at Valparaiso University. She received her Ph.D. degree from University of Texas at Arlington. She also holds a M.S. degree in Management from NEOMA Business School (France) and an M.S. degree in Marketing Research from Hofstra University. Her areas of research include word-of-mouth marketing (WOM), digital marketing, social influence, consumer socialization and consumer psychology. Her current research centers on the drivers of consumer information sharing behaviors in digital environments.
