Valparaiso University’s Bachelor of Science in Health Care Leadership (HCL) will prepare leaders with the skills required to meet the evolving demands of a dynamic health care landscape.

Students also have the opportunity to begin early-entry graduate studies during their senior year. In one additional year, students can complete their Master’s in Health Administration (MHA).

Connor Carmichael details his experience in the Health Care Leadership program in the College of Nursing and Health Professions. The program offered Connor the opportunity to see firsthand the importance of strategic planning in health care, and led him to find his passion.
