Student Appointments

 APPOINTMENTS

At this time, Kimberly Tomkiewicz is not accepting face-to-face academic advising appointments, due to the risks involved with COVID-19. Students are strongly encouraged to email her at kim.tomkiewicz@valpo.edu with any questions or concerns regarding course registration, or graduation requirements.

Student meetings are approximately fifteen minutes in length with Kimberly Tomkiewicz, Academic Advisor and Capstone Coordinator for the MSIT Programs.

In order to book an appointment, you must have a valid Valparaiso University Gmail account, as this scheduling application uses the university email/calendar applications.  NOTE: All appointments are in CST (Central Standard Time). Please be sure that you set your calendar to CST time so that you are on time to your appointment.

Students should show up to their appointment on time, with their VU One Card as appropriate identification, and a list of questions regarding their academic program.

DROP-IN APPOINTMENTS

It is always best to plan ahead and email the academic advisor or schedule one 15 minute appointment.  However, drop-in appointments will be granted if all parties are available at that time.  Please keep in mind that the Academic Advisor is only on campus 13 hours per week.
