2022-2023 Dining Plans

For meal plan questions, please email dining@valpo.edu.

An assortment of meal plans are designed to fit your lifestyle. Whether you’re a campus resident who eats the majority of your meals at any of our dining locations, or a commuter who catches a few lunches per week at one of our campus cafés or coffee and snack stops, the University offers the right plan for you.

As a matter of policy, meal plans are non-transferable and the card holder must be present. To use a plan or declining balance, meals can be used by the card holder only, and Dining Dollars may be used for any guest meals.

  • Changes to your meal plans can be made up to the “Deadline to Add/Drop Classes” by visiting the OneCard Office, emailing onecard@valpo.edu, or utilizing the self-service portal. Here is a link to a useful resource to help you navigate the portal.
  • To reduce unspent declining balance, the ability to add Dining Dollars and Commuter Plans will be deactivated as the term nears its end.
  • Beacon Bucks can be added anytime and do not expire at the end of the term.
  • Unused Block Meals and Dining Dollars will expire at the end of the semester.
