What are you hoping to accomplish and or offer to GSAC?

I hope by integrating the GSAC to bring my modest contribution to Valpo.

Secondly, as an international student, I may bring new perspectives or ideas which can extent the impact of the GSAC. Finally, I hope to act as a spokesperson for graduate students from my department or graduate international students in general.

What are three expectations that you have of this council?

My three expectations for this council are:

A proactive council

A responsive council

And an inclusive council

How do you plan to represent graduate students on GSAC?

By creating networks between graduates students

By helping new graduate students to easily integrate the community By providing information to new students about Valpo and be available to answer their questions if need be.

What led to your decision to become a graduate student at Valpo?

The reason which led me to choose Valpo to pursue my graduate studies in economics (as I completed a Master in Banking and Finance back in my home country and wanted to specialize myself in economics) are the timing, and the opportunity that Valpo was offering in International economics. These two factors definitely helped me to make my final choice. For instance, the International economics program is a very vast program and allow me to acquire some advance knowledge in most aspects of Economics.

What is one interesting fact about yourself?

I fully get involved in the activities I am into.

What is your favorite food?

Macaroni and threadfin tomato sauce.
