What are you hoping to accomplish and or offer to GSAC?

I am hoping to offer GSAC a strong sense of leadership to help represent the voices of the graduate students in the PA program. I also hope to keep the integrity of the graduate programs strong while increasing attendance among the programs.

What are three expectations that you have of this council?

The three expectations I have of this council is to keep all graduate students held to a high level when it comes to integrity of the programs, to bring different viewpoints from all the graduate programs in order to best work together, and to hold events that incorporate all the graduate programs at Valpo.

How do you plan to represent graduate students on GSAC?

I plan to represent the graduate students on GSAC by listening to my classmates in the MSPA program for any problems that may be occurring as well as ideas that they have in order to best represent the graduate PA students.

What led to your decision to become a graduate student at Valpo?

Upon deciding to become a Physician Assistant, I was looking for a program that was direct admit so I could complete my undergraduate degree and move right into my graduate degree. Valpo offered this to me before I even enrolled; however, after becoming an undergrad student, Valpo was a place I truly enjoyed and couldn’t wait to continue my studies at Valpo on the graduate level.

What is one interesting fact about yourself?

I have always had a love for animals and at one-point thought about becoming a Veterinarian due to my interest in animal conservation!

What is your favorite food?

My favorite food is mangoes.
