Access to the Colleague, DataVU, and Informer systems will be temporarily unavailable for approximately one hour (from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.) on Tuesday, July 1. During that time, IT staff will be getting a backup snapshot of the current Colleague database in preparation for beginning the data conversion to a new software application for Advancement, Ellucian’s Advance. Both Advancement and IT staff are working on conversion and testing in anticipation of a planned go-live date of July 16.

Before 6:00 p.m., all individuals should finish any work or reporting, and log out of Colleague, DataVU, and/or Informer. Anyone still logged in at that time will be automatically logged out. Access to all systems should be available again after 7:00 p.m.

If you experience any issues after the work is completed, please enter a ticket at helpdesk.valpo.edu so our staff can investigate.
