The sync issues between the AMS and our Active Directory system should be resolved at this time. There may be some individuals on campus who were affected by the issue; these people may experience the inability to login to network accounts while other logins work fine. To fix the issue, change your password with the AMS (https://apps.valpo.edu/ams) and this will force a re-sync among your accounts.

We continue to experience problems with the synchronization process between the Account Management System (AMS) and the Active Directory (AD) system. The AD system controls logins to campus computers, including classrooms, labs, and faculty/staff offices.

If you are having trouble logging into the AD system on campus computers, please log into the AMS at https://apps.valpo.edu/ams and change your password.

We have fixed the issue that was causing passwords to not sync correctly on the Active Directory system. If anyone is still experiencing issues logging in, please try resetting your password through the Account Management System (https://apps.valpo.edu/ams).
