Blackboard Learn is currently down and IT staff are working with Blackboard support to restore service. We don't have an estimated time that service will be back up at this point.

IT staff are cautiously optimistic that the issues we were experiencing relating to SQL databases for multiple IT systems have been resolved. All systems should be available with full functionality.

We're experiencing issues with the Kronos system due to some recent changes made to the back end database. IT staff are aware and are trying different methods to restore full service.

Some of the changes we have made have already impacted other services including Blackboard Learn, ImageNow, Titanium, and Sunapsis systems. Those systems may have been temporarily unavailable but should be restored soon, if they haven't already been restored.
