The valpo-net wifi network on campus is currently unavailable and IT staff are working to restore connectivity as quickly as possible. If you have an ethernet cable, you can plug your computer or laptop into a network port for connectivity.

The valpo-guest network is still working; it's not recommended that students, faculty, and staff use this network because many Valpo services are restricted.

We've received additional reports of wifi issues in one of the sorority houses. The problems also appear to be affecting both the valponet and VU-Secure networks. The guest network is not impacted at this time.

Continue to report any problems you're experiencing, and include your location and the type of device you're using. Indicate any error messages you receive, and the process you've followed to connect.

IT staff are away of wifi issues being reported in multiple locations on campus, including: LeBien, Christopher Center, Beacon, Brandt. Some individuals can connect successfully to wifi, while others have been kicked off. We're working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you're experiencing wifi issues, whether in a location noted above or in a different building, contact the Help Desk to submit an ITicket. This helps us better see the full scope of the problem.
