Biography

Dr. Helm joined the Department of Kinesiology at Valparaiso University in 2008. Prior to completing her Ph.D. from Purdue University, she was an Assistant Professor and a collegiate volleyball coach at various universities. Dr. Helm is the Director of Exercise Science and teaches a variety of courses from Biomechanics to research related courses.
