Spanish language orientation for Costa Rica CON Spring Break Trip 2020

This orientation provides a first acquaintance of the Spanish language, including interactions with patients. CON students who work in a clinic setting as well as those who conduct house visits will benefit! Topics include:

      Simple greetings
     • Getting around, ordering food
     • Cultural customs and cues
Patience reassurance
Basic medical terminology
Body terms


Who?  Led by Cecelia Frankewich, a Spanish/Public Health Double Major who participated in the CON 2019 Costa Rica trip

When?  4 sessions in February, dates TBA based on participant availability
