The Law Clinic is Now Accepting New Cases

The Law Clinic is now accepting new cases and is offering its services to the University faculty, staff, and students in matters such as debt collection defense, consumer issues, landlord/tenant disputes, guardianships, adoptions, and tax concerns involving the Internal Revenue Service.  Student interns will also draft simple wills, powers of attorney, living wills, and related documents.  The Law Clinic is located in Heritage Hall at 510 Freeman Street (at the intersection of Freeman Street and College Avenue).  For more information call (219) 465-7903.

Equal Justice Works Call-Out Meeting

Equal Justice Works would like to welcome all 1L, 2L and 3L students for a call-out meeting on Thursday, September 5, 10 a.m. – 10:30 a.m., in Benson. Bagels and drinks will be provided.

1L Essay Competition

1L’s are strongly encouraged to participate in an essay competition that will award two (2) incoming first-year law students with a check in the amount of $500 each. Essay competition winners will be announced at the 1L Welcome Dinner. All essays must be submitted by September 6, to

Brandeis Bowling League

The Brandeis Bowling League is starting up again for the Fall Term! Our first league game will be on Monday, September 16, 2013. We will have 8 weeks of regular season play and then 2 weeks of playoffs.

Date/Time: Monday nights starting at 9 p.m. (Sept. 16- Nov. 18)
Location: Inman’s Fun & Party Center, 3201 Evans Avenue, Valparaiso, IN
Price: $3 for 2 games and shoes
