Letterheads

Below are letterhead templates for use by Valparaiso University personnel for recommendation letters, admission decisions, financial aid package award letters, or other official University business. There are several format options (like double-page for longer letters or folded note card options to fit in smaller envelopes), sizes, and file types, in both primary and prestige color palettes, with primary signature and secondary signature logos, to meet all of your letterhead needs. Consistent letterhead usage increases brand recognition, adds a marketing touch point for our audiences, and provides an opportunity for brand engagement while instilling trust for the recipient.

Word Documents are easily editable through Microsoft Word, PDFs can be edited through Adobe Acrobat, and PDFs with bleed should be used to print batches of letterhead. To order batches of letterhead, please contact brand.manager@valpo.edu.
