Bianca has served as part of the academic advising team in the College of Nursing and Health Professions since the fall of 2014. Her advisees include students in the 5-Year Physician Assistant Program and the Health Care Leadership Program. In 2002, she received her B.S. in Health Science from Ball State University, and in 2011 she earned a Certificate in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue North Central.
Bianca has over 14 years of experience working directly with students in higher education. Her background includes developing strategies for academic success, initiating academic intervention, and undergraduate admission and recruitment. She has assisted countless students in navigating their way through successful academic journeys and in reaching their academic, career, and personal goals. Her on-campus training includes Safe Zone, Green Zone, Mental Health First Aid, and QPR Gatekeeper.
