Roberto Fadda, MD, DDS was born and raised in Sardinia, Italy.

He has received his DDS degree from UniversitĂ  degli studi di Ferrara in 2000 followed in 2005 by his MD degree. He pursued Medical Imaging training in the same University and completed his residency in 2009.

He has an intercultural approach in his work and relationships. The experience in the United States as a foreign exchange student who had the opportunity to attend a high school in San Bernardino, CA, at the age of 16 has instilled in him an openness to new cultural experiences and a willingness to travel internationally to live and work.

He has co-authored many research studies with a focus on the structural and functional properties of nuclei and the nuclear basis for control of proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. He has translated medical textbooks from English to Italian for medical school use. His areas of interest are focused on teaching and research with professional goals to include serving as a subject matter expert.

He practiced in primary care for medical ambulatory services including examination, diagnosis, treatment, referral, and follow-up in a primary care setting.

Additionally, he practiced as Radiologist, supervising the training of all facets of radiology encompassing modality-centered teaching. Participated in daily teaching and case conferences, and performed on-call duty. His area of interest is MRI imaging of the central nervous system.

He has taught Anatomy, Physiology, and Pathophysiology at Clarkson University, NY, from 2015 to the summer of 2018.
