Why be a member of Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society?

Members of Valpo’s Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honor Society receive recognition of their dedication to the discipline.  In addition to the annual celebratory banquet, members have opportunities to participate in various political events both on and off campus.

To become a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society, students must have an overall GPA of 3.25 or higher. They must also have completed at least 10 hours of course work in political science, one of those courses being at the 300 level. Students must have a GPA of 3.40 or better in political science courses.
