About

Biography

Professor Payne joined the nursing faculty in 2022 as the Clinical Coordinator for Undergraduate Nursing.  Her previous experiences were oncology/hematology, cardiac and telemetry care, pediatric home care, and as Department Chair in Health Sciences.  As the Clinical Assistant Professor of Nursing, she is responsible for securing clinical experiences to promote growth and development in the undergraduate nursing students.
